20-Yard Dump Trailer Rental – Delivery & Pick-Up Included
Our 8×16 dump trailer offers up to 20 cubic yards of capacity, making it the perfect solution for home clean-outs, remodeling projects, yard debris, roofing tear-offs, and contractor jobs. We deliver it directly to your property or job site and pick it up when you’re done—no towing required.

- Easy swing-door access for loading
Pricing:
- $250 covers a half day (four hour) rental
- Price covers dump fees for up to 1/2 ton of debris and 10 cubic yards
- Anything over 1 ton will incur additional overweight fees
- $495 covers a one day rental including drop off and pick up
- Price covers dump fees for up to 1 ton of debris 20 cubic yards
- Anything over 1 ton will incur additional overweight fees
- $75 rental rate per additional day, with discounted daily rates for longer rentals.

Weight Limits
Our 14K trailer can handle most residential and contractor loads, but dense materials may require partial fills.
Heavy items—such as dirt, rock, concrete, tile, or shingles—must be loaded only to safe weight limits. If you’re unsure, we can guide you!
Prohibited or Additional Cost Items
- Tires ($10 each)
- Wheels w/ tires ($20 each)
- Florescent light bulbs ($1 each)
- Batteries (recycled for free)
- Chemicals or liquids (request additional info)
- Paint or solvents (recycled for free)
- Hazardous waste (request additional info)
- Propane tanks (recycled for free)
- Appliances with Freon ($40 each)
- Asbestos or contaminated materials (request additional info)
Some of these items can be taken, but must be recycled separately. Ask us about it when we drop off your rental and we will accommodate as best as possible!
If any of these prohibited items are found when we dump your dumpster, we will bill you additional rates and labor to properly dispose of the item(s).
